[So, yeah, the day went pretty well even after he got his ass handed to him at snowboarding and had to buy Crow lunch, but Rean still can't stop thinking of that vision he saw. He doesn't know why it's bothering him so much, but it is, and it's making his sleep fitful at best.

He could message the Class VII group chat about this, he's sure Elliot at least would understand, but there's something that leaves him apprehensive. Still, it's bugging him enough that he needs to talk about at least a part of it with someone, or at least scream into the void, and so...]

But I just woke up from a dream that I think was a memory [it's only partially a lie] and it totally had a mecha in it

It was about as tall as the surrounding trees... hard to say since I was up pretty high myself, I think? But at least 30ft, and this bright blue

Anyway proportions were kind of off from your standard mech, hands were about down to its knees. Covered in a lot of spiky plate armor, shoulder pads like Wing Gundam, and these bladed wings that were segmented and kind of... spider-leg looking?

The parts of it that weren't armored were glowing with this green web pattern and it had some sort of bladed weapon

As far as piloting: I definitely wasn't the pilot of the blue robot, but I was up high and there was some kind of control system I didn't understand so

The memories we get are so real that I almost got lost in them in the beginning. They’re really wild.

Yeah I keep noticing that too... I've had a few as dreams, but they stick around too vividly to JUST be dreams. What really throws me off is when they hit me and I'm in the middle of doing something else. Think I've freaked out Crow a couple times like that

Yeah. Actually... I was with Crow when this one first hit, too. And I keep dreaming about it and waking up, so that's why I'm up right now, but it's probably a good thing the yetis were shoving fish at him before he could get too worried.

Yeah, he's filled me in on bits and pieces. I can't say I'm not excited for some of it, at least.

We were sent on a Retrospec group mission to Magatus, and one of the things we had to do was find a jewel to open a door. Thing was that the jewel was on the tip of a giant Ouroboros’ tail, and it wasn’t keen on someone stealing. The two other girls with me fought with it and I went in to get it, with the 3DMG. That thing I used at the mansion.

I keep trying to think of a word for it but all I've got is "intense." Maybe I'll get more eloquent when this stuff stops completely blowing my mind.

You know, I remember picking fights on the network on my first day with the app because no one was taking the state of the world seriously. Memes and jokes everywhere.
It was mind blowing for me in a different way.

I can see that... but I think it's important to try to find a balance.

If we spend all our time focusing on how dire everything is - and it definitely IS, don't get me wrong - we're just gonna fall apart worrying ourselves to death. So it's only natural that people fall back on humor to cope

Buuuut it's bad if people just laugh things off entirely, too.
